San Soo Kung Fu Basic 45 DVDs

Folks I've been selling this DVD set for Master Jack Sera (at www.sansookungfu.com ) since about 2003 or 2004 and have to say they are very popular with the San Soo community. All 45 lessons are included in these two DVDs and each lesson is shown from two different angles. And the last DVD also contains all the baton exercises that Jimmy Woo taught the guys in El Monte. I just wanted to let folks know that these DVDs are a valuable resource to any San Soo student or teacher. I've even had folks from other martial arts purchase this DVD set and they are always asking for more info. I usually send them over to www.springwinds.com which is the Rockwell's website. Mike has a few forms and application DVDs that are an excellent source for helping you excel at San Soo forms and they also help you understand how to find lessons that are within the forms.
